Mallorie W.
Hello there! My name is Mallorie, and I am a permanent resident currently in Quebec, Canada. I moved here from the USA to live with my Quebecois husband, and I have found a natural love for this province since moving here in 2023. While I am a native English speaker, I have been learning French to help myself acclimate to society, but I still have a long way to go before I'm fluent. I attended Johnson and Wales College for Baking and Pastry arts from 2014-2016, and Full Sail university for Computer Animation from 2018-2021. I am currently a self-employed costume maker; I love sewing and creating wonderful works of art. In my free time I love to take my dog out for runs and attend comic conventions, as I find them huge inspirations for creating costumes. Due to being self-employed, I do take occasional weekends to be a vendor at these conventions, a lot of which are in the USA. I like to make this known as conventions tend to run Friday through Sunday, and I would need to request an occasional Friday off of work to be able to attend on time. My husband and I are saving for a house and hope to eventually have a family, I am hoping to find an additional job to help us achieve our goals. Thank you for your time, much love!
I have previous experience in areas such as cleaning, scheduling, warehouse work, children's entertainment, and inventory management. Duties such as mopping, dishes, vacuuming, disinfecting and other areas of cleanliness have been a necessary part of previous jobs.
