Ms. M was an absolutely superb nanny. She made it possible for me to carry on a busy legal practice with a young child. From the day that Irina came into our lives she made our lives infinitely easier. I was always completely comfortable leaving my son with Irina and trusted her judgment. Irina always let me know about my son's day, any changes in his routine or behaviour, and was ready to take the time to discuss how to manage any issues that arose. Irina was a loving, careful and utterly reliable nanny. She was flexible and conscientious. She was creative and affectionate, finding games and crafts that were suitable and engaging for my son throughout three years. We were all happy to see her each morning and happy to come home to see how well our home and child had been cared for. We worked together to establish a regular and practical routine for my son, and were able to potty train, establish limits and manners for a toddler. Anyone would be lucky to have Irina as an employee. She is one of the best people I have ever met, and she has shown us how thoughtful, careful, intelligent and honourable she is every single day.
