While my experience spans both childcare and eldercare, I am especially passionate about supporting children, families, and helping them thrive during critical stages of their development. After a successful career in marketing and executive administration, I chose to transition into healthcare to follow my lifelong desire to work directly with people in a meaningful way. This career shift allowed me to pursue my passion for nurturing, supporting, and creating positive experiences for children, the elderly, and individuals living with various cognitive or physical disabilities, ensuring they grow in environments that foster their emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being. In addition to my healthcare experience, I have years of housekeeping and cleaning experience, having worked for both businesses and families. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean, organized environment that contributes to overall well-being and comfort. Whether it's managing daily cleaning routines or ensuring spaces are spotless and welcoming, I bring the same attention to detail and dedication to every task. In my work with children, I focus on creating an enriching, safe, and positive environment for the children I care for. I work closely with families to ensure that every aspect of care supports their child’s developmental milestones while respecting the family’s values and routines. With over 26 years of babysitting experience and a background as a certified préposé aux bénéficiaires (with 6+ years of experience), I bring a deep understanding of child care, along with a strong foundation in providing compassionate, high-quality support to children and families alike. I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a safe environment for those under my care. Since 2022, I have been working as a dedicated childcare provider, currently caring for a 2-year-old child. My role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at promoting physical, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and nurturing environment.
