Madison H.
I am a seasonal silviculture worker (forestry) looking for part time work from the fall, winter and early spring. I make the majority of my wages during my spring/summer work season but it is very important to me to continue working during the year. Outside of working, while I am in Montreal I am a professional artist. This makes my schedule flexible as I am otherwise self employed. In my personal life I love cooking, cleaning, organizing and doing manual labour so I am a good fit for most household chores. I am very attentive to detail, physically fit and highly motivated to do a good job and put lots of effort into everything I do. I want to work with my employer and potentially build a relationship where I am trusted with the duties given to me and I am respected as an employee. I will always respect my employer, workplace and the spaces I am assigned to attend. I am comfortable around pets so therefore I am okay if there are animals in your space. In terms of hours I am not bothered by early mornings or late nights. I don’t live close to family so I am also typically available on holidays. I take a great amount of care with my personal space and belongings and I intend to treat your space with the same amount of care and attentiveness. Generally I am just here to do good work and make a bit of extra money, it’s not more complicated than that. Hire me if this sounds like what you are looking for!
I have experience working as a housekeeper at the Bishop’s University residence and conference services, where I worked for a summer as a room cleaner and linen attendant. I also worked various positions at Grace Village retirement community where I was responsible for various cleaning duties, including kitchen cleaning, room cleaning and linens. I was also a dishwasher and kitchen attendant there, as well as a prep cook so I am very experienced with kitchen cleaning and foot safety procedures.
Salary: Negotiable
