From her first day in May 2023, Wren demonstrated a natural ability to connect with children. She consistently engaged with them at their level, whether through play, conversation, or gentle guidance, and brought patience, kindness, and a great sense of fun to the program each day. The children responded incredibly well to her, and she quickly became a trusted and familiar face for both kids and families. In our licensed non-profit centre, Wren supported children aged 3 to 10 years, occasionally working with toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years as well. She thrived in group settings, managing ratios as high as 1:13 and 1:15 with ease. Given her experience in these environments, we are confident she will excel in a nanny role supporting one or two children. In addition to her warm approach, Wren has a solid understanding of child development, health and safety, and relevant legislation and policies.
