I'm Luis, a professional cleaner with 5 years of experience in tasks like residential cleaning, move-ins/move-outs, and property management. I currently run a property services business, managing teams and ensuring quality work. Infused with family values and respect, I provide high-quality service and treat every home with care. Available from Monday to Friday mornings and ready to start immediately, I offer added safety being a non-smoker, physically fit, and a competent swimmer. With a driver's license and a personal vehicle, I can quickly travel around Milton for work and errands. Looking for part-time work as a Maid/Cleaner, my capabilities extend to deep cleaning, kitchen cleaning, laundry, and running errands. A bilingual in English and Spanish, I am open to background checks and prefer not to relocate. Comfortable working alone or in a team, I am well suited for a versatile housekeeping role and eager to meet your home or business needs.
