With over 10 years of experience as a babysitter and a deep passion for working with children, I’m confident I can provide reliable, nurturing, and organized support to help your family thrive. From a young age, I’ve loved caring for and engaging with kids. As the oldest of four siblings, I naturally took on a caregiver role, from supervising to entertaining and teaching my younger brothers and sisters. I also completed the St. John Ambulance babysitting course in grade 7, which led to babysitting for family members, friends, and children of all ages with various needs and diagnoses. In the past, I was a taekwondo and gymnastics assistant coach for primary-aged children, worked as an educational assistant for elementary-aged students with special needs, and ran an after-school care program. I have now been the head school secretary of St. Jude's Scholars' Hall Private School for 3 years. My caregiving approach balances structure with fun, ensuring children feel both supported and free to explore their interests. I’m passionate about engaging kids in educational activities and creative play, rather than relying on screens. I have experience managing schedules, helping with homework, and creating activities that foster learning and creativity. Most importantly, I prioritize their safety, well-being, and happiness, always maintaining a hands-on, attentive presence. Some hobbies I enjoy are painting, cooking, baking, and scuba diving! I am also skilled at organizing, decorating, and cleaning. I have my G license and share a car with my boyfriend. I would always be able to get to work but may not have the car during the day so it would be best if there is a vehicle I can use if I am required to do groceries, errands, appointments, school drop-offs, pick-ups, etc. I am available on occasional evenings and weekends and am open to travelling with family. I am comfortable with pets as my family has 2 dogs of our own and I have done dog-sitting on the side for years.
