I grew up in Waterloo, and two years ago I moved out to BC in the Okanagan with my boyfriend. I currently work in forestry doing tree planting, tree surveying, and catering in the summers and am looking for some extra work this fall and winter. I am back in kw this fall and winter to visit my family. In my free time I study Chinese medicine, meditation, and taichi. I previously went to school for nutrition and take a keen interest in health and eating well. I enjoy seeing loved ones, staying active, going outdoors, singing, and playing guitar.

1 summer of catering experience working at fire camps in BC: cleaning the bathrooms, kitchen, showers, living quarters, dining areas, deep cleans, sweeping, moping, vacuuming. Used to cleaning up to high standards. I will happily clean your house/office to a high standard and am happy to take constructive criticism/suggestions for improvement if you'd like something done differently. I am an excellent communicator and will ensure I understand what your needs are for housekeeping/cleaning. I also have ample experience doing food/meal prep for myself and from my degree in nutrition am very knowledgeable about eating healthy. I am also able to offer food prep services if needed. I am humble with strong interpersonal skills and a hard worker and look forwards to working for you. Previous work experience includes 1 summer working at a vegan restaurant and juice bar, 6 years of serving and bartending (which includes deep cleaning the restaurant), 1 summer of cleaning, and 3 years of tree planting.
