• Responsible for direct leading, and supervising of leaders. Anywhere between 1-6 leaders at a time. Guided, coached, and provided feedback to leaders before, during and after program times. Scheduled 1:1s with leaders when necessary or to check in. • Actively oversaw and interacted with children aged 5-12. Total of 24 children in program. Created and implemented weekly program plans based on the interests of all children in program. • Maintained records for 24 children. Wrote up incident reports and behaviour plans, involving observations of child over a period of time and discussions with managers, parents and health care professionals. • Oversaw completion of daily checklists, ensuring all procedures were performed to childcare law standards. • Collaborated with 1 other colleague to revamp summer care activities and schedule. Planned 4 out of 7 weeks of developmental activities and daily out trips for 24 children.
