Well I did start right when I finished high school lived in a big complex so I stared babysitting days weekends nights and mothers helper for new borns as I am growing up and getting to travel with Families help with the kids let mom and have a break from kids or the baby I would make sure all toys and clean for the parents when they got home kids were sleeping but baby would here them so I was get baby needs a bottle or mama would feed the baby mom morning’s I would get the other child there breakfast I would always made sure I cleaned up the morning breakfast it’s quite an fast pace changing baby start the routine for them in between we would sing laughter start day I have worked for many nanny each one I was blessed to have worked with kids of all ages I work with all kids from all sets of behaviour problems autism as well as kids who need to chat to someone I always have a open chats if I see the child in some kinda depression I love to listen I remember when I was back I use to have friends back in school and you believe the family but closed doors we don’t know so at school I would become someone there for them like I do with kids now kids they get issues they need to chat I’m there friend I learned all this as my Family wasn’t to good either so I try to help and prevent anything they need to help that’s all u can do call me a mentor. I love house weekend I also have baby walks babbles they have a beautiful smiles so big babies and kids teaching them a bit about helping with little chores like first toys and potty training there is alot of toilets that sing and tell you have done a good job Cleaning folding putting away dishes or un loading things could teach and try to engage I looked after a 3yr boy so he would come me down stars we made this out time together I’m sure he’s a expert now grown up My skills and attitude listening and lots of helpful things that I want to do oh and always as kids if they want I love be engaging with the kids and with the parents give reports on the if I can take the babies and the other kids fresh air is good vitamin D walking to kids to school or if they can take transit one Family I had to go on transit wasn’t along bus ride but pulling the bell would be a fun thing in the morning or we walk to school and back I always make it exploring sometimes kids have loved it and I believe it gives up more time to get them know the kids walking the baby to our walks teaches colours watching leaves falling down there is so much exploration with kids. Communication and respect honestly that how I bring myself to know the kids are happy with me and would keep them close to me.
