This includes feeding, lifts and transfers, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting. • Performs tasks delegated by RN or RPN, this include actions that involve insertion of a digit or instrument into a body. • Reported concerns to nurse supervisor to promote optimal care. • Communicate and demonstrate basic information in accordance with patients pre- established Plan of Care. • Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by reporting and documenting unsafe conditions such as broken equipment as well as any patient behaviour, physical, or cognitive changes. Safety concerns reported to RN or RPN and other regulated health provider. • Made beds, sanitized surfaces to support activities of daily living. • Complete and maintain related patient records and progress notes, as per hospital policy.
