I have been residing in Canada for over 30 years and have a beautiful family here with me, including my wife, two daughters, and our beloved cat and dog. I have interests and hobbies such as gardening and exercising. During the summers, whenever I have some spare time, I'm always attending to our gardening needs alongside my wife. I am passionate about plants and ensure that there is ample greenery in our front lawn and backyard. I also dedicate 30-45 minutes every morning for exercise. This regimen not only kick-starts my day but also energizes me and helps maintain my fitness level. I am a very responsible, respectful, and trustworthy individual. When I am at work, my job takes precedence and I persistently strive to deliver the best quality service to my customers. I have an extensive career in driving including taxi cab, ride share and courier roles. I am currently engaging in ride share jobs such as Lyft and Uber. In these jobs I do the following: 1. Provide customers with outstanding service through appropriate correspondence for the duration of the transportation. 2. Engage in daily vehicle inspections to ensure passengers safety. 3. Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles, and help them with luggage loads of up to 60 lbs. 4. Complete 20 or more passenger rides or parcel pick-ups including packages and food, everyday. 5. Working with several GPS systems (i.e. Waze, Google Maps) on mobile systems in order to provide the most efficient and time saving route for clients. Prior to this, I worked as a taxi cab driver for Beck Taxi in Toronto. In this job, some of my roles and responsibility include: 1. Provide passengers with excellent customer service by engaging in effective communication and following the rules of the road. 2. Communicate with dispatch office through radio, telephone, and tablet to exchange information and receive requests for passenger services. 3. Aid customers with safe vehicle entrance and exit including clients in wheelchairs up to 250 lbs. I also worked in the hospitality industry as a courier where I completed food deliveries to consumers, commercial clients, and catering events. This was at Swiss Chalet. I am excellent driver. I know Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area very well. My first priority is safety of my passengers, especially if there are children aboard my vehicle. I will always put my passengers needs and safety first. My experience will allow me to serve my clients best and provide them with excellent service.
