My background is a little different from most pilots — before flying, I worked in customer service, quality control, and airline ground operations. At Air Liaison, I supported passengers, reservations, and ramp services, which gave me valuable insight into airline operations and teamwork under pressure. At Refplus Inc., I developed a sharp eye for detail and technical accuracy in quality control testing. I bring a mix of technical knowledge, communication skills (French & English), and adaptability that helps me perform well in both the cockpit and on the ground. Outside of aviation, I’ve also coached American football and volunteered in my community — experiences that shaped my leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

I am a part-time flight instructor, so driving and flying are basically my jobs. I have a clean driving record. I am willing to start right away.
