We are seeking a reliable, organized, and flexible Family Assistant to help manage our two kids’ busy after-school schedules. We would need you to work between 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM on weekdays. Full-time or part-time both work for us. Responsibilities Safely pick up and drop off kids at after-school activities (orchestra, skating, cadets, etc.) Stay during activities if supervision is required Oversee online classes and ensure kids stay on track Supervise music lessons at home (make sure kids are ready, instruments set up) Assist with homework when time allows Grocery pick-up or errands while kids are at activities (optional) Light tidying or organizing related to kids’ schedules and gear (optional) Collaborate effectively with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care Key Qualities Safe & Responsible Driver: Clean driving record (proof required), comfortable driving with kids in various conditions, reliable vehicle or insured to drive yours Own Vehicle Required: Must have a reliable vehicle to use for transportation Experience with Kids: Prior childcare, nanny, or tutoring experience; ability to manage multiple children with different schedules Organized & Reliable: Strong time management, calendar/logistics management, clear communication with parents Flexible: Willing to stay slightly later if needed, assist with snacks, homework, or light supervision between activities Please reach out for more details!
