I am seeking a reliable, punctual Personal Driver for my commute to and from work, with a preferred start date of November 17, 2025. This is a part-time position, with ~10 hours of work per week.
The typical driving schedule involves facilitating my commute from North York to a downtown Toronto hospital, an approximate 20-25 minute drive, every morning around 5:00-5:30 AM. Your duties will also involve my pick-up from the hospital to return home. The pickup times can vary between 3-7 PM but are typically around 5/6 PM. As such, I anticipate employing someone with a flexible schedule or someone who has the capability to ride uber while waiting for my message. Although I can accommodate a wait of around 30 minutes for my pick-up in the evening, the morning departure time should be strictly adhered to in order to ensure my timely arrival at work.
The role presupposes that the candidate uses their own personal vehicle to cover the commute. The driver should be available for morning and evening commutes every day of the week, including weekends (although I work on a variable schedule). Your task is paramount in my daily routine as it helps me reach my workplace on time and eases the exhaustion of a long day's work on my return journey home. I anticipate a candidate who takes the driving responsibility seriously and commits to the job with diligence and punctuality.
