We are looking for a driver to drive a doctor from Cote St Luc to Pointe Claire on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings and then home Pointe Claire to Cote St Luc.. Pickup needs to be promptly at 7:25am in Cote St Luc. Morning drive usually takes ~45-50 minutes from door to door. Afternoon pickup will be between 3:30-4:00pm. The doctor will contact you around 2pm to tell you what time to arrive for pickup. Afternoon drive takes 50-70 minutes dependant on traffic. Total driving time will rarely exceed 2 hours. You will always be paid a minimum of 12 hours each week for the 6 trips. If it takes more than 12 hours over the course of the week, you will be compensated according to the hourly rate agreed upon. The doctor frequently takes time off, approximately 1 week out of 5, sometimes more. You will not be paid the weeks he does not work. You will not be required to be on call. However, if you are interested, there maybe be on call work available on other days, to be negotiated per trip. A perk for those interested: the doctor is a family doctor and if you or your family have need of a family doctor, there is a possibility that he will be able to take you or family members on as patients.
