Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and caring Family Assistant / Household Helper to support our household with cooking, light housekeeping, errands, and childcare assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and enjoys helping families maintain a smooth and well-run home. Responsibilities Prepare healthy meals for the family and assist with kitchen clean-up Perform light housekeeping such as tidying, laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining common areas Pick up and drop off children from school and daycare Manage household errands, including grocery shopping and other necessary tasks Help care for the children when they are home, including school breaks and sick days Keep the home organized and assist with day-to-day household needs Support parents in maintaining a safe and positive environment for the children Requirements Experience with housekeeping, cooking, or family assistant roles preferred Experience with children is an asset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for school pickup/drop-off) Responsible, trustworthy, and organized Good communication skills Ability to multitask and manage household routines Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as family assistant, or housekeeper First Aid / CPR certification (optional but preferred) Additional help during school breaks or sick days may be required.
