About the Role
OMC Enterprises, a growing hardware and tools supplier based in Brampton, is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant (Combined Role).
This is a hands-on, dual-function position that combines customer service support with warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
Support customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
Process orders, invoices, and basic sales documentation
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Receive, organize, and manage inventory stock
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Assist with general office and warehouse operations as needed
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations is an asset
Strong communication skills (fluent in English required)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, order processing)
Physically capable of lifting and handling warehouse products
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
