I invented my first dish when I was about 10 years old. I had been cooking and baking for a few years by then. Every once in a while, I like to design a new dish, often putting twists on older dishes or making them more attractive. I have no professional training, just a love for making good food that looks appealing.

I've been cooking for 40 years. I started young and held a paid cooking position for approximately 3 years. I love to cook, and 99% of the time I receive rave reviews.

My food handlers certification was in the US about 25 years ago. But i remember the basics. Willing to get recertification.
