I come from a warm, family-oriented background where cooking and hospitality were always a part of everyday life. That naturally inspired my passion for food and led me to start my own custom cake business. I’m currently studying Culinary Management and love exploring new flavours, creating beautiful dishes, and keeping up with culinary trends. Outside of the kitchen, I enjoy content creation, trying new restaurants, and anything creative or aesthetic. I’m detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely love making people feel cared for through food.
I have one year of paid culinary experience through previously running a small afternoon tea catering business and now my own custom cake business. I focus on custom designs, client communication, and high-quality creative presentation. I’m completing my Culinary Management Diploma and hold certifications in Food Safety, Nutrition, and Emergency First Aid. I love creating personalized meals and desserts, paying close attention to dietary needs, flavour pairing, and overall client experience! I also won the People’s Choice Award at George Brown’s gingerbread competition for creativity and design.
Currently working towards completing my Culinary Management Diploma! Will be graduating in 2027.
