As an African citizen who has traveled far and wide, I have an exquisite palate and can prepare a wide array of cuisines ranging from African and Eastern European, to Canadian, Italian, and Middle Eastern, along with special considerations for a vegan and vegetarian diet. My experience in the confectionary industry, sushi preparation, barbecuing, managing others, and catering are all valuable skills that I bring to the kitchen. Moreover, my proficiency in modern cooking technology and strict adherence to sanitary and hygienic standards elevate my culinary artistry. I am skilled in a range of culinary duties that include, but are not limited to, table setting, serving, organizing food for events, cooking everyday meals, and creating customized menus. In ensuring a well-oiled kitchen, I also handle tasks like washing dishes and supervising kitchen staff. A graduate in Culinary Arts, I hold a Food Handler's Certification. I am fluent in English and have a clean police check. Although I do not own a vehicle, I am still able to travel, even willing to relocate if necessary. I can start straight away and am available all seven days of the week, morning till evening. I am comfortable with both live-in and live-out arrangements, and am looking for a Full-Time opportunity as a private/personal chef, event chef, family cook, cook for Childcare/School, dietary cook, or a cook for camps.
