Originally from the beautiful Himalayan country of Nepal and now calling the bustling city of Vancouver, British Columbia her home, Jasmika has truly embraced her new environment. I spend my times delving deep into the vibrant culinary world, taking immense joy in cooking as well as innovating traditional as well as new dishes. My passion for food is not limited to just cooking and experimenting with diverse ingredients and flavours but also extends to the joy of sharing and socializing that comes with it. Being in Vancouver, BC, a multicultural city rich in culinary options, she has ample exposure to a variety of foods that continues to fuel her passion.
I worked as a line cook at Dukku Hotel for a year and a half. I used to make different dishes with varying recipes and gained experience in cooking large quantities of food.
