I moved out from Ottawa about a year ago to pursue a job at one of the best restaurants in the country. Im a very friendly, ambitious person that loves to make people happy with my cooking. I used to work at a childrens clothing store back in the day and love kids! As much as I’m a fine dining chef I really love making comfort food and using my knowledge to prepare various international cuisines. I’ve been fortunate enough to work at a high level in various cuisines such as; French, Italian, Filipino, Spanish, just to name a few but I also love cooking Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean food as well.

I currently work in a Michelin starred restaurant, I’ve been in fine dining the past four years. I also ran my own catering business back in Ottawa where I did meal planning for families of all kinds. I’m also running my own seafood business where I do small plates/cocktail pairings in different event spaces so my experience is very varied!
