I am from a mixed cultural background which makes for an interesting combination in my ability to look at food and the way it fits into our society. I am advanced with my English writing and verbal communication skills, I have basic understanding and speaking ability with Farsi, and am on a professional level with ASL. I have worked with children, young adults and older adults with special needs for almost 15 years now and one aspect I have mastered is the fact that with a poor diet, or if we are not getting what we need; everything else is in our life suffers. I am here to make sure you and your loved ones will get exactly that high caliber service! I have been a raw vegan in the past, and have had special diets that I have had to accommodate for myself so I am very mindful when someone has special requests.

I have been a family cook before while I doing respite care and nannying for a living (during my post secondary schooling and early adult years). I was able to provide a holistic approach to creating shopping lists, menus and then execute delivering meals that both the adults and children loved. During my years as a behaviour therapist, I offered meal planning, portion regulation and meal prep services as an extra because I found that a lot of families just do not have enough time on their hands to be managing this.
