I am Emily, a passionate chef living in Canada now for almost a decade. My culinary journey spans 12 years, and throughout this journey, cooking has evolved into more than a profession for me. It has become a part of my being, a passion that fuels my creativity and spirit.
What truly drives me as a chef is the joy and satisfaction I bring to people through my cuisine. My comprehension of food chemistry and nutrition allows me to create nutritious, delicious, and affordable meals. For me, cooking is a complete process, from meal planning and shopping to meticulous cleaning post meals. I thrive in this entire process as it gives me a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
With my certification as a red seal chef, a Culinary management bachelor's & food innovation and technology, I'm set to deliver a fantastic culinary experience. I am able to set and serve tables, bake pastries, and clean kitchens. I also offer my services for event food organization and supervision of kitchen staff. I'm as comfortable with everyday cooking as I am with preparing dietary meals or taking personal orders from the employer.

I am versatile with my food preparations. I am adept at Canadian, Italian, Middle-Eastern, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Mexican, and Eastern European cuisines. I am also proficient in cooking Vegetarian, Vegan, African, Indian, and Kosher food.
I am comfortable with both full-time and part-time work engagements and I am open to being a Dietary cook, Cook for Childcare/School, Family cook, Cook for camp, Chef for events, or a Private/personal or Pastry chef. As for my availability, I am flexible throughout the week, catering to mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
