I am a professional cook and baker, my pride and joy is to put food on the table for people. This enables me to share my love of food and creativity with those around me and I’ve been fortunate to have a successful baking career and catering company. My passion for cooking started at thirteen years old, my mom became a single working mom of two (my sister and I) therefore I quickly took on household chores and started cooking dinner for the three of us on a daily basis. What started as something I needed to do quickly turned into what I looked forward to every day. The more recipes I explored the better a chef I became and soon enough, by the time I was 21, I was baking and cooking for families, parties, and events. My hobby quickly turned into a business when I started developing practical skills in the kitchen while I was WWOOFing (World-Wide Opportunities for Organic Farming). While taking part in this adventure I learned how to grow, process, and cook organic food. I have a wide range of specialities from my highly requested lasagna, chicken Alfredo tortellini, about 12 different types of soup, warm salads, as well as a long list of baked goods.
