I've ran high end BBQ restaurants, breakfast places, fine dining bistros, and brew pubs. Many years experience cooking for my own 2 kids and wife, focusing on plant based/vegan for a period of time. While working at a catering company as chef, I operated my own private chef business offering elevated in home dinners to small groups. I have a true passion for cooking with/for/around kids and love getting them involved. I also feel I have a very natural talent for entertaining while cooking, providing a great atmosphere, and working with families.
With a constant desire to learn and provide culinary experiences, I feel Id be a great asset in anyone's home as a personal chef.
