Being a retired vet, and red seal landscaper my attention to detail and knowledge is able to help me with proper portioning but also what vegetables and flowers one can eat to help them through their health challenges. I am blue zone trained and have the majority of my focus on food that promotes good health and habits staying true to my mediterranean roots but also stealing inspiration from the macro meals I made while weightlifting. I love to be outdoors and forage for my ingredients and I have a strong passion for history and food. I love making people happy and have a sense of relief in their life. I can’t wait to help all the families that need it and just bring joy and peace to their lives. A more structured and free sense of time with family. As family is the most important and time is the one thing you can’t get back so if me being there allows you control over the most valuable asset then I am truly honoured and will dedicate all the energy I can muster.
I am a professionally trained chef with his own private chef business that specializes in mediterranean cuisine. Don’t worry though I have experience cooking almost every type of cuisine so nothing will scare me away. Working in some of the busiest kitchens and some of the toughest kitchens I know how to push and still put out amazing quality.
