I’m 55 years old, Filipino and a widow. Cooking is my passion, I can follow recipes if my employer would want something that I don’t know I’m willing to learn. It’s easier to learn something that you love to do. They say anybody can cook but not everyone can bring out the best taste, we’ll I can, everyone that has tasted my food agree.

I had my own restaurant in the Philippines, I can do Asian food, a little of Chinese food, I also like to cook pasta or grilled food.
