Hello! My name is Andrea, I've had a love and a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid and my affection for it has only grown with time. I love watching cooking videos, channels, documentaries and reading books on the subject as well. I like learning about food consumption and it's effects on our bodies. It's for that very reason that I take particular care in knowing where what I'm eating comes from and the benefits of what I'm consuming. I'm Mexican, so I'm trilingual (spanish, english, french) and my food is always cooked with love.

I currently do not have any professional chef experience however, I have my entire life's worth of experience cooking with my parents and extended family and friends. I'm Mexican, thus having a plethora of authentic recipes from my home country. I also have lots of knowledge on healthy cooking such as vegan and vegetarian meals, seen as though I want to be able to completely cut out animal products one day. My mom is a professional baker, so I also have experience making lots of different types of bread, pastries and desserts. Over the past year, I've picked up an affinity for Asian cuisine, therefore, I'm able to cook a multitude of mostly Korean and Japanese meals (and some Chinese meals too).
