Having trained and worked alongside some of the top chefs, sommeliers, and bartenders, Brian has honed his craft to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. His passion for cooking extends beyond the professional kitchen and into his own home, where entertaining friends and family has always been a joy. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a lively holiday party with perfectly paired wine and appetizers, Brian believes that sharing great food brings people together in the best way possible.

I worked for 20 years in the restaurant industry as GM of several fine dining and family restaurants before beginning my own private chef business in 2015. I much prefer to work with individuals/families, creating meals that they will love. I specialize in elevated comfort food with a focus on Italian, French, and much more.
