I am of Jamaican descent. I come from a large family and I am used to cooking for 50 people and up. My memory of family dinners stems from our traditional Sunday dinners where I used to invite all my friends every Sunday after church to come over to my home and have a good Sunday meal. I started cooking from an early age and enjoyed watching my mom bake, cook, cater and even teach other neighbors how to cook authentic Jamaican dishes. My hobbies and interests are cooking, baking and creating meals that others can enjoy and remember. Every month, I host an event called, Around World for Food, where I feature a different country every month. I love to eat, but I love to cook even more. I enjoy seeing the smiles on the faces of my guests, children and friends. I enjoy meal prepping. I can cook all kinds of dishes from dietary to vegan.
