Along the way, I honed my craft in fine dining, seasonal menu design, and event execution, while also spending two years as a private household chef, where I created tailored, daily meals and managed all aspects of a professional home kitchen. Today, I bring that experience full circle as the Owner and Chef of Noir, Secco, 11:11 in Hamilton three distinct restaurants united by a commitment to innovation, hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences. Each concept allows me to push creativity while celebrating local ingredients and delivering the kind of culinary moments that inspired me to enter this craft in the first place. I’m now excited to bring this breadth of experience into any household, creating memorable meals and elevated dining experiences as your private chef.
