Kenneth Q.
I’m a chef and restaurant owner from Hamilton, and I’ve opened spots like Secco/11:11 and Noir, where I get to mix creative food with fun cocktail and wine programs. Outside of work, life’s busy with my fiancé and our two young kids, but it’s the best kind of busy. I’m into sports and the gym, I haven’t had much time for it lately, but I’m hoping to get back into it soon. For me, it’s all about good food, good people, and making the most of every moment
I’ve built my career in some of Ontario’s most dynamic kitchens, from the refined seafood and pasta focus at Martini House in Burlington, to the farm to table elegance of Inn on the Twenty in Niagara wine country, and the high energy, chef driven atmosphere of Radius in Hamilton and Burlington. Along the way, I honed my craft in fine dining, seasonal menu design, and event execution, while also spending two years as a private household chef, where I created tailored, daily meals and managed all aspects of a professional home kitchen. Today, I bring that experience full circle as the Owner and Chef of Noir, Secco, 11:11 in Hamilton three distinct restaurants united by a commitment to innovation, hospitality, and unforgettable dining experiences. Each concept allows me to push creativity while celebrating local ingredients and delivering the kind of culinary moments that inspired me to enter this craft in the first place. I’m now excited to bring this breadth of experience into any household, creating memorable meals and elevated dining experiences as your private chef.
