I was born in Vancouver, raised in California, and have worked in high-end restaurants on the East Coast, most recently at a French restaurant in New York City and a Japanese restaurant in Montreal. I also have experience catering dinners for 4-20 people in both a casual family style and fine-dining coursed-out nature, and have spent time living abroad. I am comfortable in a wide variety of cuisines and have a vast repertoire.
