I grew up going to Spanish bilingual schools, and have since graduated with 4 diplomas of excellence for Spanish Language Arts. That being said, Spanish food and culture was heavily influenced into my lifestyle. Latin American food is some of my favourite to cook, but that doesn’t limit my abilities. I also grew up in a Japanese daycare, and recently completed my dream of traveling to Japan. Asian cuisine holds a special place in my heart as well.
