As a lifelong foodie and enthusiast of the culinary arts, my passion for feeding people began at an early age. Leaving my full-time, over ten-year long, job in parks and recreation for the City of New Westminster escalated my passion to unprecedented levels. Excitedly, I dove headfirst into shadowing chefs, helping cater private parties, learning recipes and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide a professional experience even for the pickiest of eaters. This journey gave me the confidence to start my own successful catering company. I am as confident catering a 100-person wedding as I am in arranging a six-person, five-course intimate birthday dinner. I firmly believe that customer satisfaction is critical, and providing a positive, worthwhile experience is no exception.
