I am a health, conscious, mother, and young grandmother looking to help busy families, or those looking to free up time from their busy schedule without giving up eating healthy meals. I love to bike, hike, and play board games. I’m very creative and love to paint and craft. I am also a therapeutic arts practitioner with a background in teaching and I know how much healthy food adds to a healthy mind.

I was a Foods studies, teacher in high school, as well as a raw food, chef, educator and lifestyle coach. I raised three children so cooking various meals on the spot was well rehearsed. My business started nine years ago where I was doing wholesale and retail food preparation, catering, 30 day food challenges for specific dietary restrictions. I have family who are diabetic and on low sodium diet’s, and I have experience with vegan, vegetarian and traditional menus. I am equipped to do fresh meals, frozen meals and vacuum seal, staple items if that is required.

Wendy and I worked together when I was a teacher at St. Mary's High School. She worked in my classroom as an assistant. She has also watched me raise my children.

I worked for Karen on and off for 16 years in her children's clothing store in Canmore. I was able to assist her when staff was low, when she wanted a vacation or when seasonal volume increases warranted extra retail staff. Karen asked me many times to stay and work as much as I wanted but I always had my business or a fairly full-time job that made her request not possible.
