I am of Chinese Portuguese heritage. I can speak Cantonese fluently and love to cook for my home an infusion of Chinese Portuguese cuisine. I enjoy cooking and love to use all types of herbs and spices to create all types of cuisines. I am meticulous in the kitchen and clean as I go to keep myself organized and maintain accuracy on ingredient measurements. If you ever need someone to plan a menu for your guests, or host a bridal shower or make the perfect turkey dinner for Christmas or thanksgiving, I the girl for you.

Since I was a teenager I worked at my parents West coast deli. I was a former cooking instructor for the Vancouver School Board night school program. I owned a coffee shop in North Vancouver, participated in trade shows as a food vendor, was the catering cook for the Toronto Raptors, Whitecaps and Canadian women's soccer team. I was last employed with the district of West Vancouver as an assistant cafeteria manager at West Vancouver Secondary school until I was laid off due to covid.
