Born in northern Ontario. Spent summers on my grand parents farm. I learned how to make bread watching my grand ma, their farm was hard scrabble, hard to make a living. She somehow managed to provide fabulous meals from the meat and vegetables she raised. I do the same.

Managed a number of establishments in this area. Responsible for inventory, meal prep. Sit down, take away service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
