Cook for small family
Nutrition is extremely important for me and my daughter and I do not have the time to meal prep or cook healthy meals. I used to make everything myself, later on, with the help of our nanny, but we no longer need that type of caregiver but I find my availability and time to cook has reduced tremendously, now that I am working more and more involved in other projects. I would like to return to nutrition dense foods, clean eating and always having something on hand to heat up and eat. My daughter has no issue eating anything, neither do I, and we tend to eat more fish and chicken, though red meat would be welcome now and again. The days are flexible, I just filled out the calendar so that it distributed enough meals to us weekly. My teenager and I are very happy, easy going people and she likes to cook (and eat) and has started to love baking (not my passion). I would far rather cook than bake!
