Hello, it's a bit intimidating to reach out for help, but as someone with severe ADHD and chronic pain/fatigue, the burnout of attempting to keep up with daily needs is overwhelming, and we're hoping to find a good match for some support. We're a married couple in our thirties, and we both work full-time, remote jobs. As our work happens at home, it often overlaps with mealtimes, and as two people with disabilities, we both struggle an immense amount with the focus and coordination required for cooking regular meals. We would really love to have someone come in 5-7 days a week for 1-2 hours to prepare meals and do the dishes, possibly some light tidying depending on their preferences and schedule. We will provide all groceries, and work with you to create a simple meal plan. We can provide recipes too! We're not super fussy, but someone with reasonable home cooking skills and experience, as well as food safety knowledge, would be great.
