The "High-Performance" Family Chef (Part-Time / Sun & Wed)
Location: Vancouver, King Edward Station Rate: $35-$40/hr (Dependent on Experience) The Role: We are a health-conscious family (2 Dads, 2 Toddlers) looking for a culinary partner to fuel our week. We don't eat "boring" heath food. We eat nutrient-dense, high-quality meals (Bison, Elk, Grass-Fed Beef) that need to taste like comfort food but perform like fuel. The Mission: You will come in twice a week (Sunday & Wednesday) to fill our fridge with: 1. Dinner: Fresh meals for that night + prepped meals for the next 2 days. 2. The "Nature School" Lunch: Deconstructed, nutrient-packed finger foods for a 2.5-year-old active boy (e.g., egg bites, bison meatballs). 3. The "Hidden" Nutrition: Incorporating organ meats (liver/heart) into sauces so delicious the kids never know. Who You Are: - The Nutrition Nerd: You understand why we prioritize A2 proteins for digestion and high-quality healthy fats for toddler brain development. You aren't scared of cooking with venison, elk, or organ meats. - The Hygiene Hawk: You wipe handles, sanitize sinks, and leave the kitchen cleaner than you found it. We have strict hygiene standards. - The Planner: You can look at a pile of groceries and Tetris them into a GlassLock system that makes our week effortless. Why Apply? -Creativity: No fixed menu.
