I am looking for someone to come to my house Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and (i) prepare dinner for a family of three (for 2 adults, one toddler) and (ii) assist with bagged lunch preparation (for 2 adults). You would the menu and grocery list. I would take care of grocery shopping. I am flexible with respect to the time of day you work. I can warm the dinner in the oven when I get home from work. You do not need to be present to serve the dinner.
