I’m looking for a cook to prepare simple vegetarian meals—around three meals a day, plus snacks. To start, I’d like to do a one-day trial, and if everything goes well, I’ll move forward with a rotational daily meal plan. Weekly delivery is required.

â–¢6 medium mushrooms, sliced
â–¢8 spears asparagus
â–¢Salt
â–¢Black pepper
â–¢6 slices halloumi cheese
(Add on boiled egg with salt and pepper).
Lunch:
Grilled cheese sandwich

▢2 slices sourdough bread, sliced 1.3–1.5cm thick (0.5 – 0.6″)
â–¢30g/ 2 tbsp SALTED butter, for spreading on bread (or unsalted + pinch of salt)
â–¢1/3 cup (heaped) vintage cheddar cheese or gruyere, freshly grated (or other melting cheese of choice)
â–¢30g/ 1/3 cup mozzarella, freshly grated
Dinner:
Vegan burrito bowl

2 cans (15oz) black beans, drained and rinsed or 3 cups Instant Pot Black Beans
1 batch Cilantro Lime Rice or 3 cups cooked rice
2 heads of romaine, shredded (about 3 – 4 cups)

Pico de Gallo
1 – 2 avocados

▢½ red bell pepper, capsicum, large (deseeded and diced)

â–¢2 spring onions, sliced (green only)
plus a side of small fruit portion (chef's choice).
