We are a family of 3 including a 17yrs athlete and 2 entrepreneurs parents searching for a skill cook that will take charge of your weekly meal preparation. Healthy whole grains light meals for the mum, hearthy and meditareen for the dad and supercharged food for our young Athlete! The main task will be; * Food shopping according to our prefered spots; * Restock of the fridge according to our list * Weekly meal prep that included: 2 type of strach (whole grain + white), mix salad, 2 dressing, 2 proteins (veg or fish + Meat), healthy snack (low sugar + regular), steams vegetables, wash et arrange fruits and crudités and 2 whole meals to reheat and food prep like chia pudding, home made granola, hummus, eggs muffins (morning & lunch) vegetable soupe... etc. Looking foward to meet you!
