Personal Cook / Meal Prep Chef Needed – Richmond, BC (Immediate Start)
I’m looking for an experienced personal cook/meal prep chef to help me stay consistent with a fitness-focused, macro-balanced nutrition plan. About the role I run a busy business and have a young family, so I don’t have the bandwidth for shopping, cooking, and meal prep – but I’m fully committed to my health. I’m working with a lifestyle coach/personal trainer and have clear dietary guidelines to follow. I need someone who can: Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – 7 days a week Follow macro guidelines I’ll provide (e.g. ~40g protein per meal, balanced carbs and fats) Create tasty, healthy, varied meals within those guidelines Cook in your own kitchen and Deliver meals to my home in Richmond in 2–3 batches per week (e.g. twice weekly cook-ups) What you’ll be doing Planning meals within my macro and calorie targets Doing the grocery shopping for the meals you prepare Cooking and portioning meals into containers, clearly labelled Coordinating 2–3 deliveries per week to my home in Richmond Adjusting menus over time based on feedback and updated guidance from my coach Ideal candidate Experience with healthy / fitness-focused / macro-based cooking Comfortable working from a nutrition framework I provide (protein targets, calories, etc.) Reliable, organized, and able to start immediately Based in or near Richmond, BC with your own transportation Food Safe / similar certification is an asset Details Start: Immediate Schedule: Meal prep and delivery 2–3 times per week (flexible on days) Duration: Ongoing, assuming it’s a good fit Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and scope How to apply Please reply with: A brief introduction about you and your cooking background Any experience with macro-based or fitness meal prep Your general weekly rate or rate structure Your location and availability Looking forward to finding someone who can help keep my nutrition on track while making the food genuinely enjoyable to eat.
