I’m looking for a personal chef to help with meal prep once or twice a week. I live near Yonge and Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill. I’m aiming for around 3, 150 calories a day and 170g of protein.
I’d love to have meals that are high in protein, portioned, and ready to either refrigerate or freeze. I’m completely fine with frozen meals, and convenience is key for me since I don’t have time to cook.
The idea would be for you to come to my place, batch-cook 1 to 2 weeks’ worth of meals using groceries I provide, portion them into containers, and store them in the fridge or freezer.
