Cook — Batch cooking for freezer storage
I speak French. If you prefer the French version of this posting, let me know. I've simplified this posting requirments. The Job ======= I'll be recovering from surgery. I have a freezer to fill. You come to my place and cook for one person for a week, like you'd normally do for any of your clients. That's it. Because my appetite is very reduced, that food lasts much longer than usual (for example, two different weekly menus rotating over 6 weeks). When it runs out, you come back and do it again. You plan the meals, do the shopping, cook here, portion into my containers, and you're done. You decide what to cook. The reduced appetite is just the first months. After that it should come back to normal and I'd need you more often. What I Need ============ Finger food only. Bite-sized pieces I can pick up and eat, nothing that needs utensils. Max protein. No bones, no skin, no fish bones. Everything goes from freezer to microwave directly. I'll be on medication that slows digestion (pain killers) The Kitchen =========== The kitchen is equipped. If something's missing, tell me and I'll buy it. If you prefer your own small tools, bring them. Questions and suggestions welcome.
