The ideal candidate must be experienced in macro counting and nutrition-focused meal prep, ensuring meals align with dietary and fitness goals. Responsibilities: Prepare daily meals for four individuals, following macro-based nutrition plans Plan weekly menus and adjust recipes to meet dietary needs Purchase groceries and maintain a well-stocked kitchen Cook in a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Requirements: Experience in cooking nutritious, balanced meals Ability to track macros (protein, carbs, fats) accurately Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and meal prep techniques Must be reliable, organized, and able to work independently Willing to handle grocery shopping and meal planning If you are passionate about cooking healthy meals and have experience with macro-based meal prep, we'd love to hear from you!
