We're looking for someone chill but reliable to help us out twice a week with healthy meal prep and cleaning our apartment. It’s a part-time, live-out role — perfect if you’re great in the kitchen and don't mind folding some laundry while you're at it.
📍 Location:
Downtown apartment (~1, 300 sqft), 2 beds, 2 baths
🕒 Schedule:
Tuesdays & Saturdays — evenings
Around 20 hours per week or less depending on speed
🍳 Responsibilities (Chef Side):
Prep enough high-protein, healthy meals for 2 active guys eating ~2, 000–3, 000 cals/day
Think: lots of meat, some carbs, healthy fats — nothing fancy, just clean & macro-friendly
You come up with the meals, we’ll do the grocery shopping — bonus if you can send a weekly ingredient list
🧼 Responsibilities (Housekeeping Side):
Deep cleaning of apartment 1 day/week
Light cleaning the other day (wiping down, quick sweep/vacuum)
Laundry and folding as needed
🏠 No pets, no kids, casual home.
Just us two guys who work a lot and want to come home to a clean space and good food.
💰 Pay:
Negotiable and flexible — we’re open to discussing a fair rate that works for both sides.

Must speak English fluently
No certifications needed, just be good at what you do
